This website, www.christmas1.lt (hereinafter the “Shop”), is owned and operated by MB „Kamden”, company code 307013462, registered office: Perkūnkiemio g. 19, Vilnius, LT-12120, Lietuva.

MB „Kamden” is registered on the list of food business operators maintained by the Valstybinė maisto ir veterinarijos tarnyba (VMVT; the Lithuanian State Food and Veterinary Service) (identification No. 130024230).

Limitation of Liability

  • All information provided in the Shop (including product descriptions, photographs and prices) has been prepared as accurately as possible; however, the Shop shall not be liable for any technical inaccuracies or discrepancies between the product description and the information provided by the manufacturer.
  • The Shop shall not be liable for the actions or delays of third parties (courier services, logistics centres) arising from the organisation of their work, seasonal holiday workloads or force majeure circumstances.
  • The Shop shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer while using the Shop as a result of connectivity issues, technical disruptions or other causes beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content of the website (texts, graphic elements, logos, design, photographs) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property legislation. Copying, reproducing or using it for commercial purposes without the written consent of MB „Kamden” is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or disagreements arising between the Buyer and the Shop shall first be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
