Terms of Purchase

These terms of service (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the use of the online shop www.christmas1.lt (hereinafter the “Shop”), operated by MB „Kamden“ (company code 307013462, registered office: Perkūnkiemio g. 19, Vilnius, LT-12120, Lithuania, email: info@kaledos1.lt).

By using the Shop, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. General provisions

1.1. In the online shop www.christmas1.lt, the Buyer may purchase the goods offered by the Seller.

1.2. MB „Kamden“ is the final Seller and is responsible for the sale and delivery of the goods and for ensuring consumer rights in accordance with the applicable legislation.

1.3. The Buyer is any natural or legal person who has placed an order in the Shop.

2. Goods and orders

2.1. All goods offered in the Shop are new and original.

2.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they are a person with legal capacity and are entitled to enter into contracts. Minors may make purchases only with the knowledge and consent of their parents or guardians.

2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to pay the full price for the goods as indicated at the time of ordering.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices in the Shop are indicated in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT). The delivery fee is indicated separately before the order is confirmed.

3.2. The Buyer pays for the goods by online banking, bank card or other payment methods indicated in the Shop.

3.3. The contract of sale is deemed to be concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order and receives its confirmation by email. Processing of the order begins once payment has been received.

3.4. Payment methods and currency

Payment may be made:

  • via the online banking of Lithuanian banks (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor and others listed in the payment window),
  • by payment card (Visa, Mastercard),
  • via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All payments are made in euros (EUR). Card and digital wallet payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland), and bank links by Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce.lt, Estonia). You enter your payment details in their secure environment, and we neither see nor store them. We do not accept payment in cash on collection or on delivery – all orders are paid for in advance.

4. Delivery

4.1. Goods are delivered to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia using the services of reliable logistics partners. We do not currently ship to other countries.

4.2. We trade online only – we have no physical shop or collection points. The address indicated is the company’s registered office for correspondence, not a location for serving visitors.

4.3. The usual delivery time is 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. Delivery is free of charge when the value of the goods reaches €99 in Lithuania, €149 in Latvia or €169 in Estonia. Delivery prices by carrier and country are listed on the Delivery and Payment page and shown at checkout before payment. Some goods may take longer to deliver where this is indicated in the product description.

4.4. Parcel tracking numbers are provided to the Buyer when the order is handed over to the courier.

4.5. Delivery of goods may be delayed in the following cases:

  • if courier services or their logistics centres are overloaded (the Shop is not liable for such delays);
  • due to public holidays or weekends – orders dispatched at the end of the week (on Thursday or Friday) may be delivered only in the following working week, i.e. on Monday or Tuesday;
  • during the festive season (November–December), when parcel volumes increase and delivery may therefore take longer than usual.

5. Returns and guarantees

5.1. Buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 calendar days of the day of receiving the goods, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.2. Before returning goods, you must contact us in advance by email at info@kaledos1.lt. Goods returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

5.3. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

5.4. If the goods are defective or have been damaged in transit, the Shop undertakes to replace the goods or refund the money paid.

5.5. Goods of satisfactory quality are exchanged or returned only in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.6. If the Buyer disagrees with the Shop’s decision regarding quality or returns, they have the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, VVTAT) (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. 8 5 262 67 51).

6. Liability

6.1. The Seller is responsible for the goods sold in the Shop and their conformity with the description.

6.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct information when placing an order.

6.3. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays arising from disruptions in the operation of courier services or their logistics centres, or due to festive periods or public holidays.

6.4. The Seller is not liable for losses incurred by the Buyer where the Buyer has not read these Terms, even though the opportunity to do so was provided.

7. Personal data

7.1. The Buyer’s personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Shop’s Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

8.1. All disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. The Shop reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated terms are published on the website www.christmas1.lt.

Annex. Model withdrawal form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Use of the form is not compulsory – a clear statement by email is sufficient.

In the event of a dispute, the Lithuanian text of these terms, available at kaledos1.lt, shall prevail.
